Service Agreement

The following Service Agreement (TOS or Agreement) apply to all services provided by PNet (we, us, our) to you, the customer. By purchasing services from us, you agree to these terms of service.


Users of the Service

This Service is provided exclusively to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or to minors who have obtained parental or legal guardian consent to open and maintain an account.


Ordering

In order for a Visitor to become a Customer, an order must be submitted via PNet billing system. During the submission of the order, the visitor is responsible for the accuracy of all the provided information.The PNet is under no obligation to provide any service which is not explicitly included in the order.The Visitor/Customer must follow all requirements to submit their order and provide accurate information during the sign-up process. In case any issues occur during the process, the Visitor /Customer is responsible for informing the PNet.

The PNet cannot be held responsible for any issues caused by incorrectly submitted order or for any issues that the Visitor has not yet informed the Company.


General terms of payment

Upon submitting an order, an invoice will be generated. No service will be activated until the payment for the order, under which the specific service is added, is submitted. Invoices are due immediately upon receipt. The Customer is responsible for any additional fees or taxes that might be applied to you by your bank or payment service provider such as but not limited to currency conversion.

All services provided by the PNet are automatically set on recurring billing, and an invoice will be issued at least 7 days before the service expiration date except the services that are explicitly advertised as “One-time” services.

In case an automatic renewal charge fails, and you fail to renew or terminate the service, we will make additional attempts. In case we are not able to charge any of the available payment methods, the service will be suspended until the payment is submitted by the Customer.

The PNet is not responsible for any loss including files, emails, domains or lost profits as a result of service suspension or termination due to no renewal or because your credit cards or other payment method on file have expired or are no longer valid for any reason.

P-Net reserves the right to discontinue service immediately if a fraudulent payment is detected, such as the use of a stolen credit card, and such cases may be further referred to the competent authorities.


Cancellation

You understand and agree that P-Net shall maintain your email address after your subscription ends. You may access the Client Area to reactivate your subscription at any time.


Privacy policy

P-Net Privacy Policy https://pnetcloud.com/privacy-policy explains the way the P-Net handles and protects your personal data and privacy in relation to your use of the Service and your browsing of the https://pnetcloud.com website. By agreeing to the present Terms and Conditions and to be able to use the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.


Service modifications

P-Net reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to modify the Services, for example by adding or removing certain functions of  CLOUD services.


Modifications to Terms of Service

Within the limits of applicable law, P-Net reserves the right to review and change these Terms and Conditions at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and Conditions.

Continued use of the Service after such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.


Your Data & Your Permissions

When you use our Services, you provide us with things like your files, content, messages, contacts, and so on (“Your Data”). Your Data is yours. These Terms don’t give us any rights to Your Data except for the limited rights that enable us to offer the Services.

We need your permission to do things like hosting Your Data, backing it up, and sharing it when you ask us to. Our Services also provide you with features like sharing, searching, image thumbnails, document previews, easy sorting and organization, and personalization to help reduce busywork. To provide these and other features, PNet Cloud accesses, stores, and scans Your Data. You give us permission to do those things, and this permission extends to our affiliates and trusted third parties we work with.


Your Responsibilities

Your use of our Services must comply with our Terms of Use. Content in the Services may be protected by others’ intellectual property rights. Please don’t copy, upload, download, or share content unless you have the right to do so.

We aren’t responsible for the content people post and share via the Services.

Help us keep Your Data protected. Safeguard your password to the Services, and keep your account information current. Don’t share your account credentials or give others access to your account.

You may use our Services only as permitted by applicable law, including export control laws and regulations. Finally, to use our Services, you must be at least 13 (or older, depending on where you live).


Paid Accounts

You can increase your storage space turning your account into a “Paid Account” with some of our Cloud Packages . We’ll automatically bill you from the date you convert to a Paid Account and on each periodic renewal until cancellation. You’re responsible for all applicable taxes, and we’ll charge tax when required to do .Some countries have mandatory local laws regarding your cancellation rights, and this paragraph doesn’t override these laws.

You may cancel your PNet Cloud account at any time. Refunds are only issued within 14 days of signing up for, upgrading to, or renewing a Paid Account.


Downgrades

Your Paid Account will remain in effect until it’s cancelled or terminated under these Terms. If you don’t pay for your Paid Account on time, we reserve the right to suspend it or remove Paid Account features.


Changes

We may change the fees in effect but will give you advance notice of these changes via a message to the email address associated with your account.


Suspension and Termination

In case an automatic renewal charge fails, and you fail to renew or terminate the service, we will make additional attempts. In case we are not able to charge any of the available payment methods, the service will be suspended until the payment is submitted by the Customer.

The PNet is not responsible for any loss including files, emails, domains or lost profits as a result of service suspension or termination due to no renewal or because your credit cards or other payment method on file have expired or are no longer valid for any reason.

In case of suspension or termination we’ll give you reasonable prior notice so that you can export Your Data from our systems.


Discontinuation of Services

We may decide to discontinue the Services in response to unforeseen circumstances beyond PNet control or to comply with a legal requirement. If we do so, we’ll give you reasonable prior notice so that you can export Your Data from our systems. If we discontinue the Services in this way before the end of any fixed or minimum term you have paid us for, we’ll refund the portion of the fees you have pre-paid but haven’t received Services for.


Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in all respects by the substantive laws of Bosnia and Hercegovina.
